If you get a Koyo make sure it's a N-flow.

Yeah, the other drop in replacement they make is only like 2" thick. I'd say ya at least need a 3" or the N flow which usually run around 400.

Looks like a radiator is going to have to be a later thought. I appreciate your guys help, but my budget is diminishing fast, and I have more important things that are broken to replace.

id say a radiator isnt a huge priority. i still have the stock radiator and around the SLC area in the middle of summer it stays around 85-87degC if i have the fans on. if you turn on the AC your fans will turn on the "low" setting, its pretty helpful if your engine is getting a little hot. also it will help if you remove your AC, if i recall, they dont work very good in FDs anyway

Remove my AC, are you insane, it's a summer car. I don't want to have to take a shower after any time i drive it. Maybe that's just me. My AC is already out, and I'm having to spend a bit o money to get it back in.

haha your right about the shower part, mine is a summer car too. mine leaked and had a bad pressure sensor so i just ripped the thing out. its really not that bad once you get used to it, but thats just me.

anyway, its your car... not mine.

The A/C worked way good in my car when I was driving it, so yours must not have been working properly.

I had AC in my first FD and it working ok until temps hit over 90. Then it was just slightly cooler than outside. It had been converted though to the 134a or whatever its called.

Yeah the 134a was the problem, it just doesn't work in a system that was designed for R12.

Well, put my turbos back in with the fixed coolant line. Put the stock DP back in as oppose to a 3" that I was going to use but the cat side holes would have to be drilled out and I didn't want to deal with it, I'll just go with a catback and intake. I'll put that DP in when I can get a PFC and tune. Tomorrow I am "planning on" starting to replace all my vacuum lines, :? .

Awesome, good luck. The vac line job kinda sucks, but its a must do. Let me know if you break any of the solenoids in the process.

*****UPDATE*****
Been a while.

So, the coolant leak that I thought was coming from my turbos was just the head of the oil coolant return line as I said before. Now that is all fixed and reinstalled.

The Dave came over, thanks Dave. Removed UIM.
