Bigger Avatar size

I'm sorry, I'm a lazy bastard. Can the avatar limit be increased to 100 x 100 pixels? I want to run an animated gif, and it would be a pain to rebuild it with smaller files.

Hey, do this for me, Shep, and I'll send you some bucks for the Website.
